The sign up for the CPR class is taped to the whiteboard. It will be 1.5 hrs on Saturday starting after the 8am class winds down. Cost is $10 for members and $20 for any friends you would like to attend with you.
Memorial Day schedule will be “Murph” and 9:30am as our only group session.

Bench press to pull-ups, rest up to 3 minutes between rounds. Kipping or strict pull-ups, record both reps for each set and one final total. Ex: 15/18, 13/17, 13/15, 12/12, 10/15; total 140.
