Back Squat (3 reps every 3 minutes for 18 minutes (6 sets))
If you’re REALLY feeling Chelsea, do 5 sets of 5 every 3 minutes using moderate weight (up to around 70%). This should help your legs loosen up. If you missed the fun or are otherwise feeling fresh, push it for a 3 rep max today.
5 Minutes of Burpee Box Jump-Overs (24/20) (AMRAP – Reps)
We will run this as 2 heats every class. Team up and cheer on/count for your partner. This is a test of your ability to turn off your mind and GO. So let someone else count your reps while you focus on moving.
