:25s L-sit penalty each time you break the set
25 Strict handstand pushups
250m row penalty each time you break the set
25 Power cleans 135/95lb
25 wallball penatly each time you break the set
Rest 5 minutes between each.
You may choose to do these in any order, but you must finish one before moving on to your next movement.
Penalties are taken immediately.
Please record time and number of penalties for each workout and the order you did them in.
For every part you complete rx’d AND all 25 reps unbroken, you will be entered into a drawing for a free 4 pack of Kill Cliff!
