Today’s workout will feature 3 CrossFit Open workouts. You will have 3 people on your team and your team will choose one person for each workout. Score will be the total reps completed for your teams total.

The Open workouts will be performed in this order:

135 pound Clean and jerk, 3 reps

135 pound Clean and jerk, 6 reps

6 Toes-to-bar

135 pound Clean and jerk, 9 reps

9 Toes-to-bar
