Well we have some amazing news, many of you will remember coach Jamie from the 6am classes. Her schedule has freed up and she will be a permanent fixture coaching at Boise CrossFit again on Wednesday nights at 5:45 and 6:45pm! If you haven’t had a chance to meet Jamie yet try and get into one of her classes soon!
