Quite a few things going on this week/weekend.
Thursday at 7:00pm will be the nutrition workshop for the Fit For Life Challenge. If you have questions on general eating habits or specific questions to succeed at the challenge please brings your questions Thursday. (There will be a makeup on Sunday at 12) We will also be doing some preliminary weigh ins at this time.
Saturday 10am is the Ogar Workout. For more info visit KevinOgar.com and the gym will be making a donation and anyone looking to contribute either to our fund can bring it Saturday or donate separately at the aforementioned site.
Saturday 11am will be the kick off of the Fit For Life Challenge. Wod will be announced Thursday. You are welcome to attend both Ogar and FFL, although I would not suggest doing both workouts.
Sunday at 11am we will have a meeting for anyone participating in the CrossFit Open 2014. There have been some important rule changes we will go over as well as general structure of workouts etc.
At 1030am there will be a meeting for anyone interested in competing for a potential regionals spot. There may be room for 16 participates (8 male and 8 female) but first we have to see who all is interested in that level of competition. (Individual competitors please try and attend as well.)
