If you aren’t already currently following this program, I will post the Rx version here and your coach will help make sure you’ve modified correctly.
Set 1: unbroken body weight pull-ups strict. Up to 30 reps
Set 2: unbroken strict pull-ups at 25lbs. Up to 20 reps.
Set 3: unbroken strict pull-ups at 45lbs. Up to 10 reps.
