Back Squat
*Set 1 – 5 reps @ 65-70%
*Set 2 – 3 reps @ 75-80%
*Set 3 – 1 rep @ 85-90%
Rest 2-3 minutes

Every two minutes, for 10 minutes (5 sets):
Back Squat x 1 rep @ 95%

There will be a back squat retest soon. I’m thinking monday or possibly a boys vs girls CrossFit total event on Saturday. Patience grasshoppers

    Back squats sucked today–legs felt like jello the whole time. Pretty happy with the Sprint Angie at 16:34 Rx, though.

    I also vote for Monday for the back squats!
    squat at 210
    Sprint Angie at 15:08- modified the pushups…..I’ve discovered I really need to work on my pushups- so weak!

    Tony- squat at 365
    Sprint Angie Advanced (but not CTB)- 1000m at 3:09. 19:39, Tony needs more work on Pullups.

    Air squats were painful at the end!
