    That was definitely harder then it looked on the whiteboard.

    I feel ok about the wallball part but I was not able to keep up with my goal on the G2O (6+ reps/minute, I majorly overestimated myself…haha). The burpees messed me up; I just couldn’t bring myself to jump right onto the bar toward the end.
