15 minutes to establish a 1RM Weighted Strict Pullup.

Notes: The pullup should begin with a 3 second pause with the arms fully extended, hanging beneath the bar. If you do not have a strict body weight pullup (unweighted), do 5×5 strict buddy pullups.

    I’m out of town until Saturday! Please save a shirt for me! Can’t believe I’m missing all of the fun WODs. So bummed. I guess I’ll have to make them all up next week! Anybody want to meet at the track next week for an all-out mile? I’ve been wanting to do an all-out 400m run, too.
