7 x 2(3 position stop snatch + 1 hi hang squat snatch)
Heavy but FAST. Rest 60 seconds

In this series, you will do 2 reps of the stop snatch complex, each immediately followed by a snatch from the third stop postion without any rebending of the torso. The three stop positions are 1) when the plates just lift off the floor 2) when the bar is just above the knee 3) when the bar is at the hip or “pockets”. There is some NSFW language in the music but this is an excellent demo of the movement.
