    I heard about Wolff’s new book on Paleo diet for athletes in which he is suggesting increased carb for recovery etc for athletes. This may cause some re-thinking. Implications for the Whole Life thing also.

      I talked to Rick about this last night, but for others who are also curious, The Whole Life Challenge is not a no-carb or low-carb diet. You will still get plenty of carbohydrates from vegetables, fruit, and root vegetables such as yams/sweet potatoes, parsnips, carrots, rutabegas, turnips, acorn squash, and butternut squash. Depending on your amount of excercise/training will determine how much you will need to consume, and it will take some experimenting if you are used to eating tons of grains and sugar and making substitutions.
