Kettlebell swing 53/35lb
Pull-ups (no butterfly)
Obviously no tagging, no sharing gear or stations, just alternating work/rest periods.
Partner A does 21 kbs and 21 pull-ups, partner B does 21 kbs and 21 pull-ups, partner A does 18 kbs and 18 pull-ups, then partner B does the 18. Continue until complete.
This is potentially a lot of pull-ups, if this is your first or second outing with pull-ups in a few months, I strongly recommend you dial back the volume some.
