Back off week! After 5 long weeks of the open, take a few days to have fun with your wods and regenerate to come back strong in the coming weeks.

Power snatch-Hang Squat snatch- Squat snatch from below the knee (2″off the floor) (Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes (5 sets))

Perform all 3 reps of the complex without letting go of the bar. Focus on technique, not load.
Start these light, only build if you’re moving cleanly and fast. Weight should be around 40-70%
