We found out last week there will be dumbbells in the open this year. I am adding dumbbell training to both open prep sessions this Sunday and next. Hang squat cleans, thrusters, box step ups, dumbbell overhead walking lunges and a few others. If you haven’t yet done these using dumbbells I highly recommend you get some practice early.
