Clean and Jerk (12 minutes to build to a heavy 3 rep)

Heavy means the rep prior to any loss of technique or mechanics. If you feel “on” then push it. If you don’t, keep it light enough to focus on speed.

225/135-lb. clean and jerks, 5 reps

12 burpees, jumping over the barbell

225/135-lb. clean and jerks, 4 reps

9 burpees, jumping over the barbell
