Workout of the day
Jerk ladder
With a continuously running clock, perform 1 jerk at the top of each minute.
Men start at 155 and add 10lbs each minute. Women start at 105 and add 5lbs each minute.
You will be allow ONE miss over the course of this work. Reset the bar and attempt the same weight on the following minute. A second miss at any point ends the session.
