    135# PC? Yeah right!

    6 pull-up jumps, which turned to 4 ~ 1/2 way through
    6 dips, which also turned to 4
    5 PC 83#
    7 burpees (mod on knees after like the 1st round)

    skipped 1 round
    Tough as heck!

    115# PC; 3 mu’s 1st round, then 2 mu’s for about 3 rounds, then just 1 per round. I think I only did 8 rounds total.

    Modified: 3 x (pull up + dips), Power Cleans (135lbs) 7×5 + 3×4, 5×6 + 5×4 burpees. Adjusted to hit 1:20 maximum; 40 second minimum(ish) rest per round.
