Grip may be a factor today…


Thanks to everyone who posted or got their times/weights on the board yesterday. I’m asking that you all take the time to post your scores. I want to program the workouts to give you all the best success, but I only can judge based on results. When I don’t regularly see what everyone’s numbers look like its hard to see quantifiable patterns. I know the workouts work for me, but I want them to work for EVERYONE!
