This weeks challenge is STANDING BROAD JUMP
We will have a piece of tape measuered out on the floor for everyone to jump on (or next to) and you will be able to mark your best attempt right there on the tape.
The beginners class will be beginning next week. We will run a session at 8am on Tuesday and Thursday. This class will run essentially the same workout as the regular WOD with a few tweaks to make it more applicable for those of you just getting your feet wet with CrossFit movements.
