Deadlift (3 sets of 5 at 65-70%, rest 2 min)
No mixed grip, no hook grip
Clean Pull (3 sets of 3 at 80% of 1rm clean, rest 2 min)
Lower the bar to the ground on each rep but reset each rep before initiating.
2018 Team Series event 1 (AMRAP – Reps)
Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
Synchronized bar-facing burpees
Chest to the floor at the same time is the standard. Jumping does not need to be as the same time.
