If you are attempting the open on Fridays, or better yet at Friday night lights (rep your alma mater this week for extra points for your team), you are well advised to rest on Thursdays. Perhaps some light cycling/rowing or subscribe to and follow the long romwod routine they put out on Thursday. If you want to put forth your best effort, you need to come in mentally fresh and excited to attack your workout. That being said we don’t want you to forget about your friends, so bring them to our open house this Sunday from 10-2. Workouts at 10 and 12 and if you would like another stab at 17.2, be ready for that at 11 and 1.

Lunges are empty. For added challenge use 50/35lb dumbbells. Still not enough? Hold them overhead.
Kettlebell swings should be heavy but unbroken.
