Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
With a partner, alternating exercises
AMRAP for 16 minutes
21 Wallball shots, 20/14lb
75′ Walking lunges
Leap frog through this workout. Partner A does all 21 wallball shots, partner B does 10 pull-ups, partner A does all the lunges, partner B starts round 2 with 21 wallball shots. Contribute alternating full exercises until 16 minutes.
Walking lunges will be from under one muscle up trawler station, around the rig, once you’re under the other trawler ring sets you’re done.
