Max Effort 5k Run
Up to Ustick and back. DO NOT cut through the barked area out back, run around it. (Not because of the vegetation, because it shortens the run)
Afterburner (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
3 minute AMRAP
First :90 – Snatch 135/95lb
Second :90 – C&J 135/95lb
THIS IS OPTIONAL!!
Prior to the run, we will go over Snatch and Clean and Jerk as skill practice. If anyone wants to throw down on this little burner will be allowed to, but only after the 5k.
