200′ Weighted barbell carry (1-1-1)
With a weighted barbell in the back rack position, walk 200 feet.
You may take this off of the rack to begin.
Begin at the rack nearest the ring, walk out the rollup door to the 100′ mark, turn and walk in the other door, place bar back on the rack at the other end of the rig. Three attempts to go heavy, start light to get the feel of loaded walking.
