Thursday Classes will see a schedule change during the Open. We will have our standard class at 4:45 and the a 6pm Open Announcement Party for each of the 5 weeks. Please get yourself signed up for the Open and join us, I promise you won’t regret it!! Games.CrossFit.com

Main – CrossFit

I’ve had a minor rethinking to our Open plans and I think we should continue how last year went and go with the workouts as programmed for Friday’s; with the emphasis on big turnouts for Friday night! The energy is so cool with a big turnout and it helps all the athletes both new and veterans. Good Luck everyone!

The CrossFit Warm-up (No Measure)

3 rounds of 10-15 reps of:
Samson Stretch (15-30 seconds)
Overhead Squat with PVC
Sit-ups
Back-extensions
Pull-ups
Dips

Metcon (Time)

EMOTM for 20 min
Even – Goat 1
Odd – Goat 2
