4 rounds for time of:
15 Toes to bar
15 Wallball shots 30/20lb
Everyone will line up behind the rower and move through the stations like a relay. Move from row to ttb to wallball and back to the back of the line. You should have a few minutes break between rounds.
time is complete once everyone has moved through 4 rounds
