Monica is leaving this week to climb in South America and has been working her butt off religiously in the gym for the past 3+ months. She is tackling Aconcagua, it’s 23,841 ft, the highest peak in South America and highest peak outside the Himalayas. We’ll be cheering for you Monica!!
We will spend a good amount of tine working on mobilizing. Caleb (our resident doctor of physical therapy) will be designing some specific exercises for today, esp those of us hurting from all those damned pistols!
