Please check the board and sign up if you’re interested the kipping and muscle up clinics this Sunday. A strict pull-up is required to do kipping pull-ups, however this is more geared towards body control so pretty much anyone is able to attend the kipping portion!

World-Class Fitness
in 100 Words:

Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat.

Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast.

Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.

10 Chest to bar pull-ups
10 Burpees

    I don’t know if I’m going to be able to make it in tomorrow to sign up on the board. But I would love to sign up for the kipping pull-up clinic. Is it alright if I sign up here?

      You say “cf addict” like it’s a bad thing! 21:something rx. Started snatches in rd 5 and realized I forgot the burpees in rd 4. Had to redo. Struggle.

    27:26 minus 6 C2B, subbed front squat 95# for snatch. I wanted to die in in that “it’s 150degrees in here” kinda way…

    Is there still room in just the kipping clinic?
