    Umm…there was alot of burpees going on in that clip. I’m not sure I’m a fan. But I’m DEFINITELY ready to give this a go! I need to get my ab back. Yea, I said ab…unlike most people I’m just trying to form an ab because I think 6 might be out of the question. 😉

    I can’t decide if I should indulge in chips and cookies and pizza before it starts, or go cold turkey now so come Sept. 15th I’m already in the zone!

    P.S. Unless they change the rules, at least you can have butter, legumes, and peanut butter. We’ll have to have a recipe contest for the best dish with those three ingredients!
