We are going to ask that folks start signing into the Saturday classes before class. We will soon start limiting the class sizes to 24 and I would like you to get used to signing in before class to make sure you have a spot. If the class is full and you show up not having signed in, you may be asked to wait until the next available class time. As always see andy for any questions regarding the matter.

100ft Overhead walking lunge, each partner holds one DB overhead and both may lunge at the same time
