Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
AMRAP in 25 minutes:
With a partner, alternating rounds, complete as many rounds and reps as possible of:
21 Calorie Row
15 Wallball shots 20/14
9 Deadlift 275/185lb
One partner will complete the entire 21-15-9 round and will then TAG their partner who will be seated on the rower waiting. This sequence will continue with you and your partner until 25 minutes is up.
*There will be a 10 burpee penalty for any team that does not TAG their partner during transitions.
