In teams of 2, 10 rounds for total time
Partner A runs 400 meters
While “A” is running, partner B must complete:
7 Hang power cleans
6 Front squats
5 Shoulder to overhead
Sets must be completed unbroken. Each time the bar is dropped or anything longer than a touch and go on the deadlift, both partners will do 5 burpees at the end of the workout.
