35 Wallball, 20/14lb, eleven foot target
50 Abmat sit-ups
15 Deadlift, 255/155lb
This is a team of 2 workout. Partner A begins on the ohs and works their way down, ending with deadlifts. Partner B starts on deadlifts and works backwards up to the ohs. Once both partners are done, working one at a time, team must accumulate 2 minutes in an Lsit. This can be on rings, hanging or parallel bars.
