In teams of 2, alternating complete rounds:

10 rounds

15m Walking lunges

10 Wallball shots 20/14lb

15m Walking lunges

10 Kettlebell swings

10 Burpees

Every 2 min I will roll a pair of dice, if your team number is rolled then that team will immediately stop and do a 20/15 calorie assault bike.
