Boise CrossFit – CrossFit
Please come at 10am to meet our new coach Katie! She spent 3 years working at CrossFit Invictus (yes, you read that right!) and competed on their CrossFit Games team twice. Well she is now full time coaching at Boise CrossFit and will be in on Saturday.
Please note, only 2 classes today, 9 and 10am! No open gym on Sunday.
Lastly, I’m not sure whats happening on Chinden from 9am to 12pm today but it will be closed so please choose an appropriate route!!
Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
In teams of 2, 5 stations, alternate work/rest with 1 minute at each station. 2 rounds. (Total workout time is 20 minutes)
Station 1 – Alt one arm DB snatch
Station 2 – Burpees
Station 3 – Row for calories
Station 4 – Knees to elbows
Station 5 – Med ball clean
