As we get the pullup bars re-powder coated before the Open starts, please stay off the rig. If you need to get your pullup fix in before monday please feel free to use the pullup bars that span the rollup doors.

**Before rowing begins, partner must clean and hold 2 kettlebells in the front rack postion.
Partners must switch out when the kettlebells are dropped.
Kettlebells must be racked before rowing resumes.
