Day 2 brings us hill repeats-again find a hill that is preferably not paved. The hill behind the gym is the ideal type of steep we are looking for other options are camels back park or really anywhere in the foothills you can find a hill you will be able to sprint up for 45 secs without reaching the top.
5 min jog
3 rds of:
5 jump squats
20 meter butt kicks
5x’s your will sprint up the hill for 15 secs your rest will be walking back down to starting position
5x’s you will sprint up the the hill for 30 seconds rest will again be walking back to starting position
3x’s you will sprint up the hill for 45 seconds rest will again be walking back to starting position.
