Tailored for kids age 8-15, our Fit Kids! program consists of constantly varied workouts with a big emphasis on FUN. Burn energy, build strength and set your child up for a lifetime of healthy habits in this group class, programmed with light weights, body movements and games. We adjust and scale every movement based on the ability of each individual child, while encouraging progress and teaching new skills.
