Deficit Deadlift (3 reps every 2 minutes for 10 minutes (5 sets))
Stand on a thick 45 or a roll of fire hose.
Start light and build to a heavy but manageable weight. Sound mechanics only, if this is a tough position to get into, eliminate the deficit.
