Move through all 5 reps in order (pc-fs-pp-bs-pp) a total of seven times. Only a touch and go on the floor is permitted, otherwise your set is over. Regrip and rest in the front rack, at the hip or anywhere else is fine. 5 rounds, go for max load on the final set
