Sets 1-6-11: 5 reps

Sets 2-7-12: 4 reps

Sets 3-8-13: 3 reps

Sets 4-9-14: 2 reps

Sets 5-10-15: 1 rep

Goal is to do each wave through heavier than the previous one.
