Congratulations everyone who participated in the 2017 CrossFit open! There were so many impressive and inspiring performances this year. You should all be proud of yourselves and each other.
Coming off five weeks of stressful workouts, many more mentally than physically, I encourage you to take this week to let yourself recharge. Participate in the workouts posted at a low to moderate intensity, prioritizing having fun and moving well, and do not add any unnecessary volume. I want you to be able to maintain a high level of excitement when you come into your workouts, and you earned a small break from leaderboarding and competing.
