Wodify forces me to put in a measure of some kind so how about this, please comment what 75% of your 1 RM is so that you know what weight NOT to lift over 🙂
If you don’t know your 1 RM, post the best weight you hit, and remember, this is all about technique so only record a near perfect rep.
