Dustin, one of the Whole Life Challenge participants, and I talked this weekend. Dustin joined the gym a few weeks before the WLC and was pretty much starting from scratch. He signed up for the WLC and embraced it 100%. He told me he’s lost 15lbs already, and we’re only halfway through the challenge! I asked what kinds of changes he made and one he mentioned was he said he took all the non compliant foods he had in his house and moved them into a separate cupboard. I know lot of people would prefer to just toss all the temptations but I thought it was pretty cool to have that kind of reminder of the strong changes he’s made to his lifestyle. Dustin has a perfect score so far I believe so clearly temptation isn’t a problem! Nice job Dustin!! Thanks for sharing!
