Not sure how everyone keeps track of their points everyday, but here’s my system. Each day I start things over with 5 on food and empty everything else. If I make a nutrition booboo I erase a digit and when I finish the other tasks I add them in. Helps remember for the next day.

Ladder up by ones
Power clean, 205lbs
Muscle up
1,1…2,2…3,3…4,4… So on for 20 minutes. Score is total reps completed.
