Back Squat
5 reps @ 65-70%
3 reps @ 75-80%
1 rep @ 85-90%
Rest 2-3 minutes

Every three minutes, for 15 minutes (5 sets):
Back Squat x 2 reps @ 95%

I realize this squat work seems a little early this week, but I wanted as many of you as possible coming off a rest day as possible. Good luck!!

    Had fun with this today at 455. Felt pretty good and went for 4 reps in the final set. Methinks its working!
    After party with the 6:45 class,
    7 rounds
    7 med ball cleans
    7 burpees
    100 double unders

    Shout out to Sabrena who squatted 95% of her 1RM from 5 weeks ago an astounding 23 times!! She found the pain cave today! Great work Sabrena!

    170# 4 reps on last set, must have been the song….after party 7:21not sure how I feel about this after party biznass!
