7 sets of the sequence:
Power clean
Front squat
Push press
Back squat
Push press
5 rounds, build to find max weight

Rest between rounds as needed

This is what I consider the classic “bear” complex, however there are many versions. In today’s WOD, no squat cleans or push jerks.
