    5 rounds for time
    3 rope climbs (modify – 1 rope climb=5 rope pull ups or 7 pull ups on parallel bars.
    1 minute of ball slams
    200m run/100m walk – (recovery)- not for time but try and keep most of rest before ball slam
    score = balls slam reps.
