Round #1 will consist of 10 burpee box jumps, 10 DB/KB front squats, 2 T2B/Knee raises and 100m run or 200m row. Round #2 will consist of 8 burpee box jumps, 15 DB/KB front squats, 6 T2B/knee raises and 200m run or 400m row….
